Morgan Macias serves as the Director of Surrogacy Admissions at West Coast Surrogacy, where she leads the agency’s surrogate admissions and screening process. A two-time gestational surrogate herself, Morgan’s personal journey first inspired her passion for helping other women explore the possibility of surrogacy. Morgan began her career with West Coast Surrogacy conducting initial screening calls with prospective surrogates. Over the years, her role has grown alongside her experience and dedication to the community she serves. Today, with more than a decade in the surrogacy field, she has spoken with thousands of women who are considering becoming surrogates. What Morgan values most about her work is the genuine connection she builds with each woman she speaks with. Whether a conversation is brief or evolves into guiding someone through the full journey, she is committed to ensuring every candidate feels informed, supported, and confident in their decision. Outside of work, Morgan enjoys photography, especially capturing her children’s sports and life’s everyday moments.
