The first person I talked with at this agency was Amy and she’s seriously one of the sweetest women I’ve talked to. I started my journey of becoming a gestational carrier in fall of 2024, matched in 2025, and am transferring in 2026. Any is still reaching out to make sure I’m doing well, offered to FaceTime if I need support with injections, and anything else I need I’m sure she wouldn’t hesitate. So far this journey has been amazing. I've talked to several people but spent the most time before matching with Kim! She was so sweet and amazing. Once matched they assigned Justice as my case manager and she is a literal angel!! So thankful for this group of amazing ladies but super extra thankful Justice will be with me for my whole journey. ❤️
From The very first person I met at US Surrogacy LLC, to now being 19 weeks pregnant- I have felt supported and cared for. I met with Amy - the intake coordinator- first. She took the time to explain the process to me and what to expect. She was kind and attentive when my medical records were taking longer than they should. She went out of her way to find them and track down my Dr that has moved many a times. Next steps- I met with Dawn, she and I spent over and hour on zoom and she listened to me and truly cared about what I had to say. She made sure we covered all our bases on what I would want from my intended parents. At the end of the call she said - “I already have parents in mind that I think you’ll like” And boy was she right. My IPs are a perfect fit for me! We matched in late 2024 and began our journey to legal and then to transfer in April 2025. After a loss, US surrogacy took especially good care of me. My case coordinator-Katie C- went with me at my request to my appt as a shoulder to cry on(literally) and called me often to check up on me during the healing process. She and I have spent quite a bit of time together since (with Dawn too!) and I have felt so cared for. Not just another number. I did another transfer in November and baby stuck around. Everyone at US surrogacy has celebrated with my IPs and me. I never felt rushed, never felt like a burden with questions, and always felt cared for and seen. I want to start off by saying, I have really enjoyed working with US Surrogacy, LLC! Becoming a surrogate was definitely rewarding for both myself and my intended parents. This is technically my husband's google account but I (his wife) was a gestational carrier through US Surrogacy LLC. I had a wonderful experience. Every person I came in contact with from that first initial phone call went above and beyond. I was informed, well cared for, and had a wonderful intended family. I had a wonderful journey with this company. I was a surrogate . They quickly matched me with a wonderful couple. Let’s just say they are the perfect match makers ! My experience was fantastic! This company treats you like a family and not just a paid carrier . They take good care of you and make you feel appreciated every step of the way ! I have gained so much from my experience here . US Surrogacy is an amazingly organized agency! The team; from its owner Dawn, the Admissions Manager Amy and my case manager Katie, made my experience as a 2x Surrogate so enjoyable! The friendly and family oriented vibe you get from each of the team members you meet throughout your journey made my experience worth while for investing in long term relationships. As a first time surrogate here US Surrogacy has been nothing but amazing. I have Katie as my case manager and she goes above and beyond to make sure I am okay. She is very caring, understanding, and all around amazing person. She goes out of her way to make sure all of my questions are answered and she does all of this very quickly. The whole process for me has been such a breeze! I would recommend them to anyone!
My fiance was very excited to become a surrogate. She knew the joy of being a mother, and wanted to share that gift to others that otherwise would not be able to have a baby. The process seemed simple and straight forward, so we decided to move forward. We knew that the OB/GYN visits before hand would be out of pocket since it was just prep to become a surrogate, but once we finished and sent over the information to our contact, Amy, we were hit with a text that my fiance would not be able to be a surrogate because she was a permanent resident, not a US citizen. This was not an issue at all before hand, and now we stretched our finances extremely thin because of the extra tests we needed from the doctor, as well as a lot of personal medical information from my fiance, leaving her feeling somewhat discarded, violated, and struggling to regain financial stability. Some of these hurdles we've discussed and made peace with because the ends significantly justified the means, but now it was all for nothing. And this news was not tactful in its delivery since our contact informed us that responses would be delayed since she was traveling on vacation while relaying this devastating news. And paying these doctor bills are a monthly reminder of the time, money, emotional energy that was wasted. I've never seen her happier than when she was accepted as a surrogate, or sadder than when she was all of a sudden dropped. The only positive is that Amy gave her word that she would reach out to us in the fall to keep us in the loop as to whether or not things changes. Well...it's now almost mid November, and we haven't received a message. It's truly disheartening that a company that brings so much joy to some, is the same company that will send constant reminders and facilitate endless conversations pushing you to get your visits done and send them all your private information, and then dissappear, leaving you to pick up the pieces of your poor decision to trust them.…

They have walked with me through everything and providing support whenever it was needed. They treated me like a person and cared about me and my family. I never felt like a burden for asking questions. Everyone I worked with were so genuine and the relationship I have with them is real. My payments were/are always on time and taken care of. I’m so grateful I chose to work with them.
I completed my first journey with them in September 2025 and in the process of my second journey now. They are great! Everyone I’ve encountered with have been great with communication and informative. This second journey has been a little different than my first (to be expected) and they have been very understanding with my feelings and just where I’m at and how I want the journey to be. I like how involved they are as well. I can’t recommend them enough.
2x GC with them and on my 3rd journey…I truly feel it doesn’t get better than them. As someone who now works on the professional side, I have modeled how I do my job after how I was treated and cared for by them. They make you feel like part of their family and will be by your side through it all…both good and bad!
Delivered my first surro babe with them last summer!! 10/10! From the very first intake call to the 6 week phone call to check on me! I felt cared for and like I mattered. You will not find any of the "red flags" commonly mentioned in this group. Currently on my second journey with them! I have a different case manager this time and she's just as amazing as my first🤍. During my medical clearance we had some unforeseen issues and I had new flights, hotels, Lyft links all within an hour. This was late at night and everyone was in constant communication with me to ensure I was safe and sound🤍such an amazing team! I've also worked with two different fertility clinics and they both speak very highly of US Surrogacy LLC!…
I’m currently going through my very first surrogacy process with US Surrogacy LLC, and it’s been a pretty good process so far! The communication has been really great from anyone I’ve worked with thus far from the admissions manager to the manager program director and now my case manager. It can be a lengthy process, but that’s surrogacy in general! My hand has been held the entire way which I really love because I was a bit nervous in the beginning. But they’re very nice and super helpful with all the education as well, especially with my 11 y.o daughter, they sent some books for her to read and it was so cute. Would definitely recommend them 🫶🏽…
I had the opportunity to work with US Surrogacy and I had a GREAT experience! I worked with them for over a year. Every women I had the chance to work with and meet were all so lovely! I had the chance to meet a few women at an in person meet up and it sold me! US Surrogacy is working hard on having a solid community of women to work with and support. They have monthly zoom calls for Q&A, get to know yous, and hang outs. My favorite zoom call was a paint night. Ahead of time they sent everyone who wanted to participate a paint kit. We shared where we were in our journey and painted together. US Surrogacy has women all across the USA but it doesn't feel like we are that far apart. I felt so taken care of and loved by these women. They sent random care packages that always brightened my week. Unfortunately my intended parents broke our match because my linning wasnt where we needed it to be. US Surrogacy covered a mock cycle for me so we could give it one more shot before we threw the towel in. I really appreciated that! They were there for me while I was trying to process this heartbreaking information. They sent flowers and checked in me to make sure I was okay. I didnt feel like a number working with them. I felt like a sister in a community of beautiful women! Ive made life long friends and I'm soo grateful for my experience with US Surrogacy. I just finished my journey with US surrogacy llc. (Baby was born 1 week ago 🥲🥹) I can’t recommend them enough. The whole team- from intake- to the owner- to the match coordinator- to case manager and even other case managers who weren’t even directly involved with my journey were supportive, caring and genuine. I never felt like a number or a burden for asking questions. They were there for me when we lost a pregnancy early on. They were there for me to celebrate all the wins. They all know my name and even my families names. My IPs and I actually just had a conversation last night that we felt they are the most genuine out of the agencies we spoke with. dawn(the owner) has one of the best reputations in the industry for a reason. She prides herself on being ethical and I think that is really important. I haven’t seen one bad review personally on this page regarding US surrogacy. It’s become like second family to me and I seriously couldn’t be more thankful for have chosen them.…
