Natalie Castillo-Rubio brings nearly two decades of experience in the fertility field to her role as Case Manager at West Coast Surrogacy. Her career began as a medical assistant in a fertility clinic, where she gained hands-on experience supporting patients through every stage of treatment. Over the years, Natalie advanced to become an LVN and Nurse Coordinator specializing in third-party reproduction. In that role, she worked closely with intended parents and surrogates, assisting with egg retrievals, embryo transfers, medication management, and patient education throughout the IVF process. Natalie’s professional experience eventually led her to become a surrogate for one of her own patients—an experience that deepened her understanding of the journey and strengthened her passion for helping families grow.
